For the first appointment it's highly recommended for the owner to be there. it is best for building trust with your precious pooch & building trust in your groomer. It puts a name to a face. No one likes a stranger on their property, especially your dog. This helps immensely if your puppy is territorial.
During your first groom your intake form & waiver form will also need to be filled out & signed, these are both best to be done in person.
FILL OUT THE GROOMING FORM WITH YOUR GROOMER.
SIGN THE RELEASE FORM FOR YOUR GROOMER BEFORE YOUR FIRST GROOM.

The grooming van in, all her glory, is large & in charge, she takes up a lot of space. Having an area large enough for parking that is on level ground would be ideal.
HAVE SPACE AVAILABLE FOR THE VAN TO EASILY PARK.
OUR GIRL HAS SOME JUNK IN HER TRUNK, THE MORE & MORE LEVEL THE AREA, THE BETTER.
During the groom if you need to speak with the groomer during the groom please text or call the number provided. Do not interrupt the groom by knocking on the van door as it will startle both dog & groomer.
